In 2021 the company’s new energy sales accounted for 24.5% of the total sales, an increase of 131% compared with the figure 10.6% in 2020. The proportion of new energy sales in the total sales of the company in 2020 reached 10.6%, an increase of 12 times compared with the figure 0.8% of 2019. 

In clean energy application, the company has adopted rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation and geothermal heat pumps in Changshu, Tianjin, Wuhu and other places, which has resulted in energy efficiency of power generation of 6,000 KW every year with very remarkable benefits. And it will be followed by extended application in other bases.

The company boasts of a thorough implementation of green and low-carbon development philosophy, promoting the use of clean and green power for production and investing in rooftop photovoltaic power generation project and geothermal heat pumps, which can reduce 6,000 tons of carbon dioxide emission, 42 tons of sulfur dioxide emission, and 18 tons of nitrogen oxide emission each year, and also lower a considerable amount of ash and dust emissions, save water and reduce corresponding wastewater discharge, with significant effectiveness in energy-saving and emission reduction.

In the production process, flexible automatic production lines of techniques such as ultrasonic, hot riveting welding, automatic edge-packing have been developed, investment has been made in water-based automatic painting line, and pure water has replaced organic solvents to dilute the original paint, resulting in products that are available in high gloss, matt, high gloss UV and imitation plating, more environment-friendly, healthy and safe.
