job requirements：
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mold, material engineering or related subjects;
2. Communicate with customers on project-related issues (quality, cost, time nodes);
3. Those with one year or longer experience in actual project development of the auto parts industry and in leading a team for development are preferred;
4. Relatively proficient use of English, able to communicate in written and spoken English;
5. Good at planning, organization, problem analysis and decision-making;
6. With a strong initiative spirit, familiar with the requirement of TS16949 quality system;
7. Outstanding new graduates can also apply.
